You should also have a mobile platform in place. The thing about cell phones is that we have an abundant amount of info right at our fingertips, which let us look things up on the go. So make sure your website is mobile-friendly in order for people to effectively search and learn about your organization.
4. Embrace Feedback.
Feedback is another tactic being used to successfully market your organization. Without feedback, you can’t efficiently measure what you’re doing right, or perhaps wrong. You can get feedback from patients a few different ways. Facebook and other social media outlets allow comments and even reviews. Take these seriously, and reply as quickly as possible. You can also send out surveys and offer a small prize for offering their insight.
